Recombinant Trypsin is a “Recombinant Trypsin” derived from a non-animal source that serves as an excellent replacement for commonly used animal-derived trypsin. Recombinant Trypsin is useful for the routine detachment of cells from standard tissue culture plastic ware and adhesion coated plastic ware, and routine detachment of tissue.

Recombinant Trypsin is a recombinant trypsin expressed in E. coli. Recombinant trypsin has no possibility of contamination by adventitious agents and pathogens such as viruses and BSE/TSE, etc.. Moreover, the recombinant trypsin have very high specific activity, obvious absence of chymotrypsin and other contaminating enzymes.
